At the city owned parking lot on Bank Street near the train station, the sidewalk is again not cleared as was reported recently after the previous snow fall.
The City of White Plains, in addition to being incompetent, puts us all in jeopardy in terms of safety and liability.

It wasn't cleared along South Kensico by the Eastview track, either (or by Stop and Shop, which is the store's responsibility.) Guess I'll have to add sidewalk clearing to my mayoral campaign platform, along with traffic crime crackdown, a citywide revaluation, and making sure all the stores are closed on Memorial Day morning.
